The Data Controller cooperates with the supervisory authority in the event of a personal data breach, which it is obliged to report no later than 72 hours after becoming aware of the breach.

If it is likely that the breach will result in a high risk to individuals, the Data Controller is obliged to notify the competent authority without delay.

If it is likely that a type of processing will result in a high risk to the rights and freedoms of individuals, the Data Controller is obliged to carry out an assessment of the impact of the envisaged processing operations on the protection of personal data.

One assessment may apply to multiple similar processing operations.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

Muzeji Hrvatskog zagorja are committed to adhering to the fundamental principles of privacy and data protection, for which reason we regularly review our Privacy Policy in order to monitor data and align with privacy and data protection principles.

Kako bi internetska stranica radila ispravno te kako bi ju se moglo unaprjeđivati u svrhu poboljšanja vašeg iskustva pregledavanja, potrebno je minimalnu količinu informacija (cookies) spremiti na vaše računalo. Što je kolačić?

Što su privremeni kolačići?

Privremeni kolačići, ili kolačići sesije, uklanjanju se s vašeg osobnog računala u trenutku zatvaranja internetskog preglednika u kojem ste pregledavali internetsku stranicu. Uz pomoć ovih kolačića, stranice pohranjuju privremene podatke.

Što su stalni kolačići?

Stalni, ili spremljeni, kolačići ostaju na Vašem osobnom računalu i nakon zatvaranja internetskog preglednika. Uz pomoć ovih kolačića internetske stranice pohranjuju podatke kako bi Vam se olakšalo korištenje. Primjerice, internetske stranice koje zahtijevaju unos korisničkog imena i lozinke ”zapamtit” će vaš unos koji će se pojavljivati pri svakom novom posjetu istim.
