The Data Controller cooperates with the supervisory authority in the event of a personal data breach, which it is obliged to report no later than 72 hours after becoming aware of the breach.
If it is likely that the breach will result in a high risk to individuals, the Data Controller is obliged to notify the competent authority without delay.
If it is likely that a type of processing will result in a high risk to the rights and freedoms of individuals, the Data Controller is obliged to carry out an assessment of the impact of the envisaged processing operations on the protection of personal data.
One assessment may apply to multiple similar processing operations.
CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
